ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:
- The item you purchased did not fit
- The item you purchased is defective
- The item you purchased is incomplete
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:
- Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered. Once this given timeframe is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
- Shipping costs are unfortunately always non-refundable. Once your item’s been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Need to exchange something? Welcome to the wonderful world of shopping ;-) We’ve tried really hard to make our Exchange Process as hassle-free as possible, and are quite proud of what we’ve achieved. You can start your exchange process like this:
1) Send us an email to email@example.com and provide us with the size that you'd like to exchange your product to.
2) Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - we’ll send them via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
3) We’ll let you know once your new package has been shipped through your original shipping method. You can expect the entire process to take 2-3 business days.
To return your product, please kindly send us an email and we will provide you with further shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
